1. Returns  

Question - Do you accept returns/exchanges of product or produce bought from the store or online? 

Answer – No. Due to the sensitive nature of our fresh and perishable produce we are unable to accept returns. 

2. Shipping  

Question - To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched? 

Answer – All our items products purchased online are shipped from our store located @ 4164 Kingston Road, Toronto. Once payment received, we ship same day the payment is confirmed 

Question - Where are your package shipped from? 

Answer – The package is shipped from our store located @ 4164 Kingston Road, Toronto Question - Do you ship packages internationally? Answer – No, we only ship within Canada  

3. Payment methods  

Question - What payment methods do you accept? 

Answer – We accept Credit Card, Cash (for in store purchase) and e-transfer 

Question - Do you accept bank transfer, if yes, how long do customers have to make the payment before their order is cancelled and items returned to stock? Answer – Unfortunately we don’t offer this payment method 

4. Loyalty points  

Question - Do you offer loyalty points or reward points, gift certificates, etc.? 

Answer – Yes we do. You can sign up in store to be added to our loyalty family
